This release brings a brand new target picker with full device context, redesigned dialog for adding triggers/conditions/actions, flexible entity naming on dashboards, pie charts for energy, update progress tracking, and many improvements to existing integrations.
Main Features
Brand New Target Picker
- Full context - See which area and device an entity belongs to
- Entity count - When selecting an area/floor, see how many entities you'll affect
- Expandable details - Can expand and see exactly which entities are included
- Better overview - No more confusion about "which ceiling light is this?"
- Smart automations - Targeting areas automatically includes new devices
- Much more intuitive target selection for automations
New Dialog for Adding to Automations
- Larger dialog - Better readability of descriptions
- Two-pane layout - Navigation and selection side by side
- Building blocks on second tab - Repeat, If-then, Choose, etc.
- Single entry point - One unified button instead of two
- Cleaner UI - Fewer buttons in complex automations

Flexible Entity Naming on Dashboards
- Display options - Entity, device, area, floor, or combinations
- Automatic synchronization - Renaming automatically propagates
- Custom names - Still possible to set custom text
- Contextual names - In device section, entity name is enough
- No manual edits - Everything updates automatically
- Full control over dashboard appearance
Energy Pie Chart
- Pie charts - New visualization for device energy
- Layout toggle - Icon in top-right corner
- Total energy - Displayed in corner of all energy cards
- Quick overview - Share of individual appliances

Update Progress
- Progress reporting - Track HA and add-on update progress
